Because electric fans cannot change the ambient temperature and can only make people feel cooler by changing the airflow, existing thermal comfort evaluation standards cannot be directly used to evaluate their comfort. Regarding this issue, this paper proposes a method for evaluating the comfort of electric fans in human awake state, weakening the influence of temperature while strengthening the influence of wind speed, quantitatively describing the comfort of electric fans, and providing a theoretical basis for the development of personalized intelligent electric fans.
